CPA firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an exceptional Office Manager. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of our accounting office to ensure it runs efficiently. The responsibilities of this position include client contact, administrative tasks, work flow management and working directly with the managing partner.

Our busy, small office requires a quick learner and self starter. We also require prior administrative experience in a professional office setting, a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be proficient with MS Office and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work on multiple priorities within time deadlines and a positive attitude are essential.

A small amount of overtime is required during tax season.

This position requires the successful completion of a background check.
