What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo Penta propulsion systems, IPS pods, and Fischer Panda generators on premium yachts.
- Perform routine services, troubleshooting, and overhauls using specialized tools for optimal efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate on custom installs and upgrades, ensuring vessels meet rigorous marine standards under tight timelines.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of marine diesel mechanic experience; Volvo Penta certification required, with proven expertise in propulsion systems.
- Cummins background welcome, with eagerness to dive into yacht-specific systems.
- High School Diploma or GED; local residency within 1-hour commute of Stuart, FL; ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
