Happy Hour & Operations Manager
The Mission
We are looking for a high-energy leader to own our early-evening experience. Your goal is to transform our "quiet hours" into the city’s premier after-work destination. You aren't just managing a shift; you are building a brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Traffic - Create and market daily happy hour specials and themes.
- Digital Hype - Manage "live" social media content (Stories/Reels) to drive immediate foot traffic.
- Local Outreach - Build partnerships with local businesses for corporate mixers and group bookings.
- Floor Leadership - Manage staff, curate the "vibe" (music/lighting), and ensure 5-star service.
- The Hand-off - Seamlessly transition the room to the late-night team after happy hour.
Qualifications:
- Experience - 2+ years in bar/club management or promotions.
- Marketing Savvy - Proven ability to use social media and networking to fill a room.
- The "Connector" - A natural socialite who can build a loyal regular base.
- Reliability - A pro who thrives in the 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM window.
