Job DescriptionAre you a seasoned commercial insurance professional ready to take on high-profile, complex accounts? We’re seeking a driven Risk Management Account Executive to join one of our clients to deliver strategic insurance solutions and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you’ll manage large commercial accounts, negotiate competitive terms with carriers, and collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service large, complex commercial accounts from start to finish.
- Analyze risks and design tailored insurance programs.
- Negotiate competitive coverage and terms with carriers.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and industry partners.
- Lead renewal cycles and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
- Monitor industry trends to keep clients ahead of potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license required (industry-specific experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Hospitality a plus).
- Experience in risk management and commercial insurance, managing large accounts.
- Deep technical knowledge of insurance programs, coverage analysis, and risk assessment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in a major brokerage firm preferred.
