Summary
Windstar on Naples Bay is seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Attendant to assist with daily Member and Staff transportation between our designated parking areas and the clubhouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with people, and being part of a professional and welcoming community.
 
Major Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate a passenger shuttle safely and responsibly at all times</li>
<li>Transport Members and Staff between the designated parking areas and the clubhouse</li>
<li>Maintain an efficient and consistent shuttle schedule</li>
<li>Perform daily shuttle inspections and report any maintenance needs</li>
<li>Keep shuttle vehicle clean and presentable</li>
<li>Perform end of shift procedures such as parking the shuttle in the designated location, plug in for charging, and ensure it is clean and ready for the next use</li>
<li>Provide friendly, courteous service to staff</li>
<li>Communicate any delays, incidents, or concerns to management promptly</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid Florida driver’s license </li>
<li>Previous driving experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors and sit for extended periods</li>
</ul>
