Funding Specialist – Business Financing (High-Earning Sales Role)
Location: In-Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Core Hours 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Paid Training + Commission-Only After Training

We’re hiring a Funding Specialist to work directly with business owners seeking capital to grow. This role is ideal for motivated, coachable individuals who want to earn serious money in a fast-paced, young, and competitive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Call warm and cold leads (business owners only)
- Identify funding needs such as SBA loans, lines of credit, and working capital
- Build long-term relationships and repeat clients
- Help businesses grow while building your own book of business
Training & Earnings
- Paid training: $300–$500 per week for 4–6 weeks
- Full A–Z training provided - no funding experience required
- After training: commission-only
- Average deal revenue: $6,000–$20,000 per funded deal
- Realistic income expectations:
- $60,000–$90,000 within your first 6 months
- $150,000–$200,000+ annually as your client base grows
- Long-term income from repeat and returning clients
