Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
Client Communication: Interact directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Policy Recommendations: Offer expert advice on insurance coverage options and tailor plans to suit individual client requirements.
Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Requirements
No insurance experience required.
Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!).Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up.Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and meeting their needs.Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process information and documentation.Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
