Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in the dining room; efficiently take and deliver food and beverages according to established service procedures.
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while upholding food safety and sanitation standards; proactively attend to additional requests and needs of guests.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients; provide guidance on food and drink pairings and accommodate reasonable requests and preferences; demonstrate familiarity with specialized diets and allergens when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work harmoniously with others; remain flexible and patient when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Collect tickets and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and orderly environment for guests.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests.
- Promptly address and relay complaints or issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanup of the dining room before and after service, while meeting sanitation standards.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.

5am-1pm
Physical Demands: Lifting 20 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing.
