Healing Arts Veterinary Center is searching for a dedicated, experienced, and forward-thinking Medical Director to lead our growing team! Healing Arts Veterinary Center is a small animal hospital offering advanced, compassionate care for dogs and cats in a 10,000 sq. ft. facility. Beyond general practice, our services include rehabilitation, physical therapy, dentistry, and advanced diagnostics. We’re equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, laser therapy, an underwater treadmill, and a mobile CT unit. As Medical Director, you will guide our medical standards, support veterinary team development, and help shape the future of our rapidly growing practice.

Medical Director Responsibilities:
• Uphold and elevate medical quality and patient care standards
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to associate veterinarians
• Partner with hospital leadership on workflow, protocols, and medical best practices
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of veterinary team members
• Champion a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused hospital culture
Candidates must be licensed (or able to become licensed) in Florida. Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required for highly motivated veterinarians with strong communication and team-building skills.
