Outside Sales Representative
Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for driving growth? PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative for a thriving family-owned company in Fort Myers, FL.
We are looking for a driven individual with commercial sales and B2B experience who can cultivate new client relationships and significantly contribute to the company's expansion in the local market.
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Compensation: $37,000 - $43,000 Annually (Base salary plus commission with benefits included)
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday
Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical understanding, industry trends, and relevant processes.
- Continuously monitor the marketplace, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
- Create comprehensive product reference documents and customer-facing materials.
- Design and execute a product marketing plan aimed at increasing sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with installation team leaders to comprehend, articulate, and analyze client requirements.
- Present products to consumers and professionally address potential client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial sales, with a strong background in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and promote company growth.
- Highly driven, reliable, conscientious, and self-motivated with exceptional communication and computer skills.
- Possess a strong desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
- A clean driving record is mandatory, as this position requires operating a company vehicle.
- Previous experience in installation and/or sales is required.
