Sarasota Firm specializing in Immigration seeks a full-time Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English). Please do not apply if you are not bilingual.

Duties Include:

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming reception for employees, clients, and visitors at the front desk.
  • Call client leads and schedule appointments
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring important information reaches the appropriate recipients promptly.
  • Confirming and Rescheduling Appts
  • Create Client file on Case Management System as well as a Physical File
  • Making outbound calls to clients and updating information into system.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks such as data entry/ creation of templates, paperwork, photocopying, scanning, and processing faxes as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail as well as any deliveries efficiently.
  • Communicate vital information or directions to the relevant individuals or teams effectively.
  • Client intake
  • Ordering office supplies/ Run Errands as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Must be extremely organized.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Receptionist experience preferred not required.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Prior experience working within a law firm preferred but not required.
  • Fluent Spanish is a REQUIREMENT

Monday- Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm at the office. Friday-Remote
