This is a fast-paced, performance-based role with clear earnings potential and no cold calling or appointments required. ACA Health Insurance Agent
Location:
Hollywood, FL (On-Site)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Extended hours and weekend availability may be required during Open Enrollment
About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic insurance organization with a national footprint, committed to helping Americans access affordable health coverage during Open Enrollment. With a proven system, excellent support, and no cold leads, they offer agents the tools and structure to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound ACA health insurance sales during the Open Enrollment period
• Work with pre-qualified, in-bound leads – no cold calling or appointment setting required
• Present policy options in a clear, compliant, and compelling manner
• Follow call scripts and internal compliance procedures
• Close sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• Active Health Insurance License for at least one state (Oklahoma preferred)
• FFM Certification (can be pending, but must be completed before start date)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Available to start by October 26th
• Full-time availability for duration of Open Enrollment
• Must be able to work on-site in Hollywood, FL
Compensation & Growth:
• Hourly base of $25/hr for up to 40 sales
• Tiered commission structure:
• 41–49 sales: $28 per sale
• 50–59 sales: $30 per sale
• 60+ sales: $32 per sale
• Weekly pay structure
• No cap on earnings
• Opportunity to secure long-term placements post-OEP based on performance
