Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating a seamless guest experience? As a Valet Parking Attendant at Solemar Beach, youll be the first and last impression for our residents and guests, delivering top-tier service with professionalism and care.
What Youll Do:
Welcome with a Smile Greet residents and guests warmly, setting the tone for a luxury experience.
Efficient Vehicle Handling Safely park and retrieve vehicles with precision, ensuring they are always secure and ready for use.
Exceptional Customer Service Assist guests with directions, answer inquiries, and provide support with a courteous and helpful attitude.
Vehicle Safety & Security Treat each vehicle with the utmost care, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Communication & Coordination Work closely with management to ensure smooth valet operations.
Operational Efficiency Manage vehicle flow, key distribution, and overall valet logistics to maximize service speed and effectiveness.
What Were Looking For:
Professional Appearance No visible tattoos; clean-shaven or well-groomed beard required.
Excellent Communication Skills A friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills.
Attention to Detail & Multitasking Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
Valid Drivers License Must have a clean driving record.
Age Requirement Must be at least 21 years old (due to insurance requirements).
Adaptability Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances.
Experience Preferred Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus!
