Location: Miami, FL or Houston, TX
Hybrid | Travel Required
We are partnering with a well-established, fast-growing food and beverage company serving the U.S. and Canadian markets to identify a Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager with strong sourcing, logistics, and inventory leadership experience.
This role plays a critical part in building and scaling supply chain operations, with a heavy focus on sourcing food products for the U.S. market, supplier development across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia, and end-to-end logistics oversight.
Position Overview
The Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager will lead supply chain and logistics operations across the U.S. and Canada, overseeing demand planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and transportation. This individual will drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier development while supporting long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Oversee demand planning, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Source food products for the U.S. market and develop new suppliers across the U.S., LATAM, and Asia
- Manage inventory, forecasting, fill rates, and OTIF performance
- Supervise and optimize relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and sourcers
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure operational alignment
- Own supply chain and logistics budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and margin control
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to inventory, logistics, and service levels
- Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement scalable logistics processes
- Support new product sourcing and development initiatives for the U.S. market
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain and logistics teams
Leadership Scope

- External vendors, freight partners, and sourcing partners
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership experience managing multicultural teams
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of food & beverage supply chains, including ethnic/Latino products and mainstream U.S. retail
- Strong understanding of U.S. logistics, transportation solutions, and freight optimization
- Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and freight forwarders
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost structures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain-related systems
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or Supply Chain/Logistics) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of supply chain experience working within the U.S. market
- Experience sourcing food products for the U.S. market strongly preferred
Compensation & Location
- Up to $110,000 base salary + up to $20,000 annual bonus
- Location flexibility: Miami, FL or Houston, TX
- Travel required (approximately 30–50%)
