Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Logistics/Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and nationwide deployments. This role is pivotal to our growth and mission in disaster logistics and response. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, problem solver, and hands-on leader who thrives in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Deploy staff and equipment for disaster response operations, including mobile field hospitals and base camps.

Create and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of deployable equipment.

Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and the disaster response community.

Analyze and resolve complex logistical challenges with innovative solutions.

Continuously improve operations through forward-thinking strategies and new processes.

Supervise staff assignments, coordinate product deliveries, and oversee training programs.

Track project costs in collaboration with the finance team.

Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Conduct presentations and training sessions as needed.

Perform other duties to support organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, emergency management, or related field (or working towards completion).

10+ years of logistics or disaster operations experience.

Military or First Responder supervisory background.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Excellent customer service and training abilities.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.

Ability to travel (up to 7 days for deliveries, up to 30 days for disaster response, sometimes with short notice).

Forklift operation experience.

Ability to work in challenging physical and weather conditions.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience).
