What We are Looking For:

  • Experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or operations

  • Familiarity with the furniture or home décor industry is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in order management and our Quickbooks invoicing software

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and GoogleDocs

  • Familiarity with use of ChatGPT and other AI tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert accepted quotations into accurate sales orders

  • Issue timely and precise purchase orders to vendors

  • Coordinate inbound deliveries to our warehouse

  • Schedule final deliveries to customers in coordination with logistics team

  • Manage vendor accounts payable

  • Prepare and send customer invoices

  • Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances

  • Serve as liaison between sales, vendors, logistics, and customers to ensure smooth operations
