Are you a driven sales professional with a relentless work ethic and a passion for connecting top talent with opportunity? We’re looking for a Financial Advisor Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This is a commission-only position with a lucrative structure and no earnings cap.

As an appointment setter and recruiter, the goal is to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with financial advisor candidates and recruiters for the branch manager to close the deal.

· This involves high-volume outbound cold calling, screening prospects to ensure they are good fit, and effectively handling objections to secure the meeting.

· Use personalized scripts tailored to the candidate’s needs and motivations, ensuring a positive connection and trust.

· Employ scheduling tools like Calendly, Google Calendar, or CRM-integrated schedulers to make it easy for prospects to pick convenient meeting times.

· Confirm appointments well in advance (e.g., 1-2 days before) to reduce no-shows and refresh the prospect’s interest.

· Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to keep the prospect engaged until meeting time.

· Ensure each appointment is framed as a valuable opportunity to discuss career growth, commission potential (including 6-figure earnings), and culture with the branch manager.

· Coordinate closely with the branch manager to align schedules and provide them with all relevant candidate information ahead of the appointment to maximize closing chances.

· Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What You Bring

Strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling
Relentless work ethic and self-motivation to exceed goals
Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive ability
Background in sales or recruiting (financial services experience a plus)

Commission Structure

· 3% of the advisor’s trailing 12 months Gross Dealer Concession (GDC)

· $1,000 bonus for each recruiter hired

Scope of Recruits

· Licensed Advisors: Series 6,7,65,66, Life/health, etc.

· Must meet firms’ standards (e.g. cultural fit, compliance records)

· Experience recruiters
