Insight Global is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL to support a growing electronic security company that is currently tripling in sales. This person will be responsible for business development through to the sale and installation of the project, then will hand off to account management for further support. This person should come from a strong background in sales and business development for services with monthly recurring revenue and should be well-versed with building out a cold territory.
Required Skills & Experience
-3-5+ years of sales and business development experience
-Specific experience selling services with monthly recurring revenue
-Proficient with Salesforce CRM or similar platform
Compensation
We are offering $50k base with first year earnings around $100-120k and year 2-3 expected $150-175k. You will make 8% commission of total contract value for any new sales, $1k per month for car allowance, plus a company phone and laptop. The Outside Sales Representative will be traveling to client sites as needed (typically 2-3 days per week) but otherwise has the flexibility to work remotely.
