Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide accurate information related to property management functions.
• Perform word processing and data entry tasks to maintain organized records.
• Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence with attention to detail as required.
• Operate a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Scan and organize documents to ensure easy access and secure storage.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team.• Proficiency in handling switchboard operations with 1-10 phone lines.
• Experience in document scanning and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Competency in word processing and data entry software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
