About Us: VortexWorks provides remote customer support solutions for leading organizations in healthcare, finance, retail, and technology. We are seeking independent contractors to assist members with scheduling and support for healthcare transportation services.
Position Overview: As a Healthcare Access Support Specialist, you’ll help members arrange rides for medical appointments, confirm scheduling, and resolve transportation-related issues in a clear and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
• Assist members with booking and confirming transportation appointments
• Resolve issues related to eligibility, missed rides, or scheduling changes
• Document all interactions accurately across multiple systems
• Escalate urgent or complex cases as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and entering details accurately
• At least 6 months of customer service, retail, or administrative experience
• Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
