General Manager – Lead a Bold New Restaurant Launch (Cape Coral, FL)

This isn’t your average GM role. We’re launching one of the most unique full-service restaurant concepts in the state this October—and we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the entire opening journey.

If you’ve built teams, launched new restaurants, and thrive in fast-moving, high-accountability environments, you’ll want in on this one.

What You’ll Own

• Opening a completely new restaurant concept that includes a full bar, dinner service, and a 1,500 sq ft entertainment patio built for high-volume brunch and special events.
• Shaping team culture, service standards, and operational execution from day one.
• Playing a central role in something with no existing playbook—this is a first-of-its-kind experience for the Florida market.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience opening new restaurants or turning around complex operations.
• Confidence and adaptability to lead in an environment where details evolve quickly.
• Strong leadership with a people-first mindset—you lead from the front, not from the office.
• Full-service restaurant and bar knowledge. You don’t need to be a chef, but you should understand both FOH and BOH operations.

Compensation and Details
