We are seeking a results-oriented, high-energy Healthcare Recruiter to drive talent acquisition strategy for our growing team. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity based in Altamonte Springs, FL, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in-office). Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop proactive staffing strategies for new programs and retirement replacements.
- Lead "intake sessions" with department heads to define role requirements, set Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and align on recruitment plans.
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Aggressively identify and engage passive talent through social networking, internet sourcing, and CRM tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Develop competitive salary offers, manage approvals, and negotiate sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and counter-offers to secure top talent.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in Healthcare recruitment or high-volume Agency/RPO environments.
- International recruiting experience is a significant plus.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and CRM platforms.
- Professional designations such as RACR, NAHCR, HCI, or SHRM. (Preferred)
