Job DescriptionOur team members are key individuals for our stores. The following are a Back of House team member’s responsibilities.
- Prepare packaged food items including Oatmeals, Desserts, etc.
- Stock and prepare goods for the smoothie and bowl line
- Cut/chop fruit and other food items
- Wash dishes to maintain a clean work space
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a Kitchen or Production environment
- Knowledge of all recipes and the ingredients included
- Clean and maintain an organized, safe, and secure food environment
- Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude
- Make the guest happy and promote positive brand image
- Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Positive attitude
- Previous kitchen or production experience a plus
- Passion for guest service, integrity and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to work mornings (Shift start time is 5:30-6:30am, varies by store)
- Knowledge of health industry preferred
- Passion for organic foods/juicing
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to read and write in English
Pay: $11.50/hr + Tips
Shift Schedule: Mornings 7:00am-1:00pm Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday
