Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Clerk who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to support person and communicating confidently in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and internal teams
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries in English and Spanish
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
- Assist with data entry and general office coordination
- Support internal departments with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with data entry and basic reporting
- Familiarity with office equipment and administrative systems
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (preferred)
