Overview:
The Bartender at FastTrax is responsible for creating an exciting, fast-paced bar experience that matches the energy of our indoor attractions. From classic cocktails to local drafts, you’ll keep drinks flowing and guests engaged—whether they’re relaxing in the lounge or celebrating a win on the track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take beverage orders at the bar, from servers, or directly at lanes
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify guest IDs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock inventory, prep garnishes, and complete daily bar setup/teardown
- Operate the POS system and handle payments quickly and accurately
- Engage with guests and promote drink specials or menu pairings
- Work closely with servers and bar runners to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+
- Friendly, fast, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and responsible alcohol service
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability required
