Were looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Title Clerk to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, youll create a positive first impression for every visitor and callerwhile keeping our front desk running smoothly!
Location :10100 Atlantic Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32225
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Hours: Full Time - Open Availability
What You Will Be Doing:
- Prepare and submit title documents to state motor vehicle departments.
- Ensure all required forms, signatures, and fees are complete and accurate.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all title and registration records.
- Communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding ownership documentation.
- Ensure all titling and registration activities comply with state and federal laws.
- Communicate with customers regarding title status and related inquiries.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Completion of High School
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Above average computer skills
- Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
- A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
