What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Hunt new business through cold calls, emails, social media, and referrals
- Provide creative, customized solutions that meet client needs
- Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure excellent service
- Serve as the primary contact for your customers, shippers, and carriers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- College degree preferred but not required
