We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this dynamic role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to provide accurate information and solutions.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including answering inbound and outbound calls and processing orders.

• Utilize your knowledge of P& C insurance to assist customers and resolve related issues effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for customer service.

• Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.

• Handle escalated issues by providing well-thought-out solutions and maintaining composure under pressure.

• Support call center operations by meeting individual and team performance goals.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with P& C insurance concepts is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing demands.
