Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant/Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Doral, Florida. In this role, you will focus on analyzing market trends, evaluating competitive strategies, and developing impactful marketing initiatives that drive success. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days per week onsite and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed market research to assess regional, national, and international trends influencing product and service sales.
• Collaborate with legal teams to address issues such as copyright disputes and royalty agreements with external producers and distributors.
• Develop pricing strategies that align with organizational objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes for marketing and sales staff, overseeing their daily operations.
• Analyze financial aspects of product development, including budgeting, expenditures, and return-on-investment projections.
• Design and implement marketing policies to promote products and services, working closely with advertising and promotional teams.
• Identify and refine marketing strategies based on company goals, market dynamics, and cost factors.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to establish effective distribution networks and strategies.
• Utilize sales forecasts and strategic planning to monitor market trends and maximize profitability.• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent education and training.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with technology companies.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and customer service expertise.
• Proven knowledge of marketing principles, pricing strategies, and sales methodologies.
• Familiarity with media production and communication techniques.
• Experience with Kentico is a plus.
