RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the fastest-growing Medicare Advantage (Part C) organizations in the market. The plan is recognized for delivering comprehensive coverage tailored to the needs of its members, with an emphasis on personalized service. Members benefit from traditional medical coverage as well as enhanced programs such as dental, vision, hearing, wellness initiatives, transportation assistance, prescription drug coverage, and over-the-counter (OTC) allowances.
As the Medicare Retention Specialist, you would be responsible for addressing the concerns of Medicare Advantage that may lead to voluntary disenrollment. This role emphasizes member education, satisfaction, and long-term plan retention while maintaining strict adherence to CMS guidelines.
Key job duties, among others:
Act as a liaison between members, internal departments, and the plan to resolve disenrollment, claims, and other issues promptly and accurately.
Proactively engage at-risk members, providing education on plan benefits, available resources, and addressing concerns to support continued enrollment.
Document all member interactions in compliance with CMS regulations, escalating complex cases as appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMS rules and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.
