Type: Full-Time (Field-Based)

Compensation: $50,000 $60,000 base + performance bonuses

About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sales professional to represent Ocean Potion Suncare across Floridas West Coast. This is a hands-on, in-store territory role for a driven individual who loves being on the road, building relationships, and growing retail sales in the suncare and health & beauty category.

The ideal candidate has prior DSD or route sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and existing relationships with retailers such as Publix, CVS, Walgreens, resort shops, or beach-area convenience stores.

If youve managed product placement, merchandising, or account relationships in the beverage, snack, or health & beauty space this is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities
Service and grow retail and resort accounts across Floridas West Coast (Tampa to Marco Island)
Open new retail locations and expand shelf presence
Maintain merchandising standards, inventory rotation, and seasonal product displays
Develop and strengthen in-person relationships with store and territory managers
Drive sell-through and report on store performance, placement, and promotional opportunities

Qualifications
3+ years of DSD, route, or field sales experience (beverage, snack, health & beauty, or suncare preferred)
Experience selling into grocery, drug, convenience, or resort retail channels
Knowledge of the Florida West Coast market and existing retail contacts preferred
Proven ability to open new accounts and maintain strong buyer relationships
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Organized, dependable, and results-driven with strong communication skills
Willing to work weekends during peak summer season

Note: This position is not suitable for candidates without DSD or CPG field sales experience.
