Position Summary

The Regional Accounting Manager provides centralized shared services support for multiple branch locations within a designated region. This onsite role supports core financial and administrative functions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across billing, receivables, payables, job costing, and financial reporting. The position works closely with field operations, regional leadership, and corporate finance partners.

WKey Responsibilities

  • Process customer invoicing for service work, projects, and contractual services.
  • Review service and project documentation to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
  • Support accounts receivable activities, including aging review, collections follow-up, and dispute resolution.
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and approvals; maintain vendor records.
  • Maintain job cost documentation, including contracts, change orders, and billing schedules.
  • Assist with job setup, closeout, and final billing within the accounting or ERP system.
  • Provide daily shared services support to multiple branch locations.
  • Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Identify process gaps and assist with standardizing financial workflows across the region.




Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, administrative accounting, or shared services environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.
