Our client is a trusted local roofing company dedicated to delivering high-quality roofing solutions with exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help connect homeowners and businesses with the roofing services they need.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Working remotely, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our roofing consultants. Your goal is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and create opportunities for our field team to close business.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

Qualify leads, explain our roofing services, and schedule appointments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and build relationships.

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales activity goals.

Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (inside sales preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Roofing or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.
