Commercial Printers, Inc. is a family-owned commercial printing and direct mail company seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSR) to join our growing production and client support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, project coordination, and working in a fast-paced printing environment.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact between clients, sales, and production, ensuring printing and mailing projects are completed accurately, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary customer service contact for printing and direct mail projects.
• Assist clients, sales representatives, and production staff with job specifications, timelines, and order updates.
• Coordinate print and mailing jobs from intake through completion.
• Review job details to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance (every mail piece may be unique).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production or print-related issues as they arise.
• Communicate production constraints and timelines clearly to non-technical clients.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, print production, direct mail, or a print shop environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with complex or variable data projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with printing equipment, workflows, or print software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
