At Forbis Logistics, a solid and growing international logistics company, we are looking for a Business Process Intern to support a 6-month strategic project focused on documenting and mapping our key processes using structured methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity for students eligible for OPT or CPT, as well as U.S. citizens or permanent residents looking to gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Document and map current business processes using BPM methodology.

Identify improvement opportunities in workflows and process flows.

Assist with interviews and workshops to gather process-related information.

Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Help develop visual process documentation and dashboards for business insights.
Requirements:

University student in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) or process mapping methodologies.

Ability to create visual workflows (e.g., using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools).

Familiarity with Power BI and Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).

Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
