Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing administrative tasks, providing excellent client service, and helping maintain an efficient, organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route phone calls; take accurate messages
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and client consultations
  • Manage both paper and electronic filing systems
  • Perform basic clerical and bookkeeping support as needed
  • Help coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to accounting and payroll teams

Qualifications

5+ years of office or administrative experience (preferred)
Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
✅ Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
Spanish language skills a plus
✅ Must be able to work on-site in Lake Worth, FL (33467)
✅ Ability to relocate before starting, if not local
