Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + 25% Payout on Compensable Revenue

Our firm has been engaged by a leading wealth management organization in Coral Gables to identify an experienced Financial Advisor for a salaried advisory position. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a structured advisor training program, are fully licensed, and have hands-on experience servicing and expanding an existing book of clients.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000
- Variable Compensation: 25% payout on compensable revenue
