About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Business Development & Recruitment Operations Specialist to support both client growth and recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety working across business development, recruiting coordination, and general operations. Youll collaborate closely with leadership to streamline processes, strengthen client relationships, and help Private Label Staff continue to grow.

We help companies build hiring systems that are strategic, human, and scalable with integrity and authenticity at the core of everything we do.
What Youll Do
- Assist with lead generation, outreach, and business development research
- Support recruiting operations including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Help manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and process improvements
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in recruiting, business development, or operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic productivity tools
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
