Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person at our facility.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite during scheduled shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale or customer service software is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Work Location: Sunrise, Florida (Onsite)
Work Schedule:Full-time / Part-time positions available.
