Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person at our facility.
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite during scheduled shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale or customer service software is a plus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.


Work Location: Sunrise, Florida (Onsite)

Work Schedule:Full-time / Part-time positions available.
Flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends.
