Role Overview:
As our Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the Fort Lauderdale market. You’ll travel to clients and prospects, demonstrating how our electrical and audio‐visual solutions can improve their businesses. The role focuses on generating new business, building lasting relationships and meeting ambitious revenue targets.

Key duties (adapted from a standard outside‐sales role):

  • Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, research and cold‐calling.
  • Presentations & demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that show how our solutions address client needs.
  • Relationship building: Foster strong connections with customers through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Sales goals & negotiation: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure agreements.
  • Market awareness: Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • CRM & administration: Maintain organized records of leads and client interactions, using CRM tools.
  • Feedback loop: Gather client feedback and share insights to help improve products and services.

Requirements:

  • (bonus)Proven success in outside or field sales, ideally selling electrical or audio‐visual products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Self‐motivation and resilience to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred; technical knowledge of electrical or AV systems is a plus.
  • Must reside in the Fort Lauderdale area and be willing to travel within the territory.
