We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook, Prep Cook, and Grill Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of meals served.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Perform food handling tasks, including washing, chopping, and marinating ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
Skills
- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within restaurant or culinary settings.
- Proficient knife skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and catering services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
