At Automatic Finance, we specialize in auto loans and are expanding our team! We’re looking for a Bilingual Collector (English & Spanish) who is professional, friendly, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers regarding past-due auto loan accounts
• Use both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
• Work with customers to resolve accounts and set up payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activity
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
• Communicate with empathy while staying solution-focused

Schedule:

We work on a rotating schedule to ensure full coverage and flexibility:

• Shifts alternate between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One Saturday a month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – a must
• Experience in collections, customer service, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems is a plus!
