Position Overview

As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing menu items to perfection. This role requires consistency, speed, and attention to detail to ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock the assigned station with all required ingredients and equipment before service
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the Chef’s specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure all dishes are plated and presented consistently and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at your station
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
  • Assist with prep duties, inventory rotation, and end-of-shift cleanup

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of cooking methods and techniques
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy and speed
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
