What You’ll Do

• Own client relationships: maintain accounts, fill roles, deliver results
• Work on both high-volume placements and executive-level searches
• Drive business development while managing active pipelines
• Use our tech stack: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM automation, and more

What You Must Bring

• Recruiting agency experience or experience recruiting within a hospitality organization (e.g. in-house talent acquisition for a hotel group, restaurant chain, resort brand, etc.)
• Proven success in both client management and candidate delivery
• Strong communication, follow-through, and hustle
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant recruiting is strongly preferred
• Bonus: personal work history in the hospitality industry
• Hybrid/in-person collaboration
