Job Description

About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Field Supervisor to lead from the front—someone who knows how to win on the job site, coach field electricians, and ensure every customer experience is top-tier. You’ll split your time between running residential calls, supporting your crew in the field, and helping drive quality, safety, and growth across the team.

About the company: We're Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric - your friendly neighborhood home service experts, excelling in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Our exceptional service sets us apart, and our dedication to making our customers smile has earned us a stellar industry reputation. At Paradise, we’re not just about servicing homes but also about building strong relationships with our customers and creating a paradise for our employees to work in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run service calls and generate revenue through high-quality residential electrical work
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s and Goals
  • Supervise and support a team of field electricians (typically 3–6 techs)
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching on technical skills and customer service
  • Ensure adherence to electrical code, safety standards, and job site best practices
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff
  • Help resolve escalated customer issues or job complications with professionalism and care
  • Maintain communication with the dispatch, sales, and operations teams
  • Monitor job quality, efficiency, and performance metrics to help drive improvements
  • Support inventory tracking, vehicle inspections, and tool compliance

Qualifications:

  • Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring junior electricians strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, NEC code, and permitting processes
  • Excellent customer communication and job-site professionalism
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support field operations
  • Comfortable using service software, tablets, and job management tools

Why You’ll Want to Work Here:

  • Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page: We Win Together, Today Not Tomorrow, Performance Not Politics
  • Performance Pay directly tied to results – Get what you deserve
  • Benefits you will use – Full medical, dental, and vision packages including fully employer paid options
  • Secure your financial future – 401(k) with company match
  • Speed and scale – Work with a company that operates at the speed of a start up with the investment backing of institutional investors
  • We invest in your future – leadership training that directly results into bigger career opportunities
  • Learn on the job – continuous education stipends available
