Job DescriptionAs a Marina Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for boaters, vendors, and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a waterfront environment, has strong people skills, and is highly organized. You'll support day-to-day operations with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Greet and assist marina guests, slip holders, and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously

Assist with slip reservations, check-ins, and billing inquiries

Maintain accurate records of slip availability, reservations, and tenant information

Process payments and prepare invoices using marina management software

Coordinate with dock staff and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and basic reporting

Support seasonal events, customer communications, and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in customer service or administrative support (marina or hospitality experience a plus)

Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, dynamic environment

Comfortable using computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office; experience with marina software is a plus)

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

Enjoys working near the water and interacting with a diverse boating community
Required SkillsWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Normal office conditions.
Employee may be required to work 3 major holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day), and weekends.
