Pay: $15 per hour + performance-based commission
Schedule: Flexible – open availability for all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome every guest like they’re stepping into the best part of their day
- Drive membership sales, retail performance, and help us hit our studio goals
- Deliver exceptional service from the first handshake to the final high-five
- Keep the studio looking sharp and running smoothly, supporting front desk and operational needs
- Partner with instructors and teammates to create an electric, unforgettable Rumble experience
Who You Are:
- Naturally outgoing with strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Passionate about health, fitness, and community
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work a flexible schedule
- Sales or fitness industry experience is a bonus—but we value attitude over experience
