Job DescriptionWe are partnered with a dynamic and growing company in Deerfield Beach seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a role where they can truly make an impact.
As the sole HR Manager overseeing a team of about 80–90 employees, you will handle all aspects of human resources, with some administrative support available. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing HR independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits, performance management, and recruitment
Partner with leadership to support company goals and culture
Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support
Qualifications:
8+ years of HR experience; prior experience as the sole HR point of contact preferred
Manufacturing industry background is a strong plus, though not required
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 annually
