Join the Flex Seal team and help us seal the deal online! As our Digital Retail Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in growing our products across major retailers, supporting new launches, and building our digital presence worldwide.


Job Title: Digital Retail Coordinator Department: Retail


Job Summary:

An expert in digital retail who will support domestic, international, and B2B partners by managing and optimizing product content across retail and wholesale platforms. The position is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency, setting up and maintaining review syndication, and supporting new product launches. By driving growth opportunities, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role strengthens Flex Seal’s digital presence and contributes to the ongoing success of the Flex Seal Family of Products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Support digital retail initiatives across domestic, international, and B2B partners, ensuring consistent product content, launches, and accurate information across all platforms.
  2. Set up and maintain review syndication across global retail platforms, using tools such as Bazaarvoice and PowerReviews.
  3. Optimize and maintain product content, copy, imagery, and assets across all retail websites and platforms.
  4. Create and update product content to support new product launches and changes.
  5. Troubleshoot syndication issues as they arise and inform the retail team on the status of reviews on retail sites.
  6. Communicate any MAPP issues to the Senior Digital Retail Manager.
  7. Maintain the rep portal with the newest product content.
  8. Assist in finding and executing new ways to grow Flex Seal Products on retail sites.
  9. Willing to help in any capacity as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including international and B2B partners.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools, platforms, and retailer requirements.
  • Forward thinker who researches retail ecommerce trends and identifies growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with review syndication platforms (e.g., Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews) preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in digital retail or ecommerce.
  • Preferred 4-year BA/BS degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of digital retail strategy, merchandising, and content optimization best practices.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • High level critical thinking

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
