About the Role
We’re looking for a Canvassing Team Lead to drive growth in our home remodeling and
renovation services by connecting with homeowners right at their doorsteps.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll hire, train, and motivate a team of canvassers
as they generate leads, promote our services, and build positive relationships in the community.

What You’ll Do
 Hire, train, and coach a team of field canvassers
 Hit local neighborhoods to promote our home improvement solutions
 Generate high-quality leads through face-to-face conversations
 Keep the team motivated, organized, and on track to hit goals
 Track performance, share results, and improve canvassing strategies
 Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and heart

What You Bring
 Experience in canvassing, door-to-door, or field sales (bonus if you’ve led a team!)
 Proven ability to hire, train, and manage canvassers
 A passion for home improvement and helping homeowners love their space
 Great communication and people skills—you’re confident starting conversations
 Strong leadership abilities and a team-first attitude
 Ability to stay organized, goal-oriented, and energized on busy days
 Comfortable working flexible hours and being active in the field
